I will have to let you know about the Killarney ride, I haven’t ridden in 7 months due to a work related back injury that just won’t heal and is keeping me off my bike. I keep saying ‘maybe next week’ but it hasn’t happened yet. In the meantime your ride posts have kept be enthused and entertained.

Thanks Phil. I’m aware of Rohlmans Road, but each time I’ve done the ride I’ve been with people who wouldn’t have been able to handle it. The Bushrangers MTB club are going up there in June. I might join them if it means I could do Rohlman’s Road 🙂 BTW I think we’ll be doing your Killarney ride sometime in the next couple of months. If you’re interested in joining us, please let me know and I’ll work out a mutually convenient time.
Neil

There is an option on the return journey to take the Tarong water pipeline maintenance track to the top of the D’Aguilar Range and then down the optimistically named Rohlmanns Road (rough track) which eventually leads down into a valley and back into Linville. It makes it a loop ride amd the scenery is superb if by chance you hadn’t come across it.
