Thanks Craig. Cec lives in a beautiful part of the world. You were lucky to able to camp there as a kid. Did you ever hike up to the winder?

Cec Crosby was my school teacher back in the 70’s in Laidley. We spend many weekends there on school hikes and scout camps. Farm tracks lead (or used to) up to the winder past an old sawmill and also up to Mt Castle. Also to Hole in the Wall and Sylvesters Falls, now only accessible by foot from the Goomburra side.
