As the heat and humidity rise in the lead-up to Christmas, we find ourselves drawn towards shorter rides closer to home, preferably with a swimming spot or two.

Tannymorel is a delightful little village with a perfect location for adventure on the edge of rugged mountains and vast plains. By camping there overnight we were able to have the best of both worlds.

Mount Brisbane
The Mount Brisbane Range stands like a wall on the western shoreline of Somerset Dam. It reaches heights of almost seven hundred metres, and is covered with National Park and cattle properties. Today we got a rare opportunity to explore it on our bikes.
